Michael Kenslea moved to Ogunquit in 1971 and has been a permanent resident of the seacoast since that time. With a lifetime spent in banking, including founder and President of Olde Port Bank, he began his second career in Real Estate in 1996. During all of this time he has been associated with Perkins Real Estate, currently serving in the capacity of Broker.
After being a high school biology teacher and having a successful career in auto sales for 32 years in Michigan, I am excited to be joining Perkins Real Estate in Ogunquit. Having married a girl from Boston, we spent many summers vacationing in and around the Ogunquit area. In 2002 Perkins Real Estate introduced us to our home right across the street, allowing my wife to realize her dream of opening a Bed & Breakfast. As I begin this new chapter of my life I will put all of my energy, enthusiasm and life skills to work for you in your pursuit of the perfect property in Maine.

Christine has been involved in the Real Estate profession for over 9 years coming from an accounting background having worked as a CPA and operations/risk analyst for such companies as Deloitte & Touche, The Hertz Corporation and Pearson, Inc. Having spent many summers growing up in Ogunquit, and having called this area her home for over 10 years, Christine can give firsthand personal knowledge of what it is like to either own a second home, or relocate into this beautiful area. Phillip brings a diverse array of relevant experience to his career in real estate. Phil grew up in Wells, Maine, graduated from Wells High School and attended the University of Southern Maine. Phil has worked in customer service and retail sales as manager of Breton’s Bike & Fly Shop and as a licensed Captain he operates fishing charter excursions on his boats. Phil also has worked with local construction companies building single family homes in southern Maine. These experiences combined with a good knowledge of the local area give Phil a solid business background that he will harnesses for his clients benefits whether listing a home for sale or assisting a buyer.
