After being a high school biology teacher and having a successful career in auto sales for 32 years in Michigan, I am excited to be joining Perkins Real Estate in Ogunquit. Having married a girl from Boston, we spent many summers vacationing in and around the Ogunquit area. In 2002 Perkins Real Estate introduced us to our home right across the street, allowing my wife to realize her dream of opening a Bed & Breakfast. After summering in Ogunquit for more than 15 years, I decided to move here full time and opened and antiques shop which I operated for another 15 years. My love and enthusiasm for selling homes is a natural progression from selling antiques. Both require attention to detail and knowledge of the selling and buying market. As a summer and full time resident of Maine spanning 30 plus years, building, selling and buying my own homes in Ogunquit, Cape Neddick and York I have acquired extensive knowledge of both the market and the varied housing stock Southern Maine has to offer. I am happy to offer my acquired skills and knowledge to anyone interested in seasonal, investment or primary homes in Maine — the way life should be.
